It’s probably from a book/article on Phrenology or something similar, which was theory that the shape of ones head can be used to determine ones personality. It’s been nice and thoroughly debunked, though, so no Jews for you. Or more Jews, technically.
And yes, I did have to Wiki that, I thought it was called Craniology. Turns out there’s no such thing.
