Rafale actually, Typhoons have squarish intakes under the cockpit, the Rafales have rounded intakes.

Yeah they are Dassault Rafales, The forward canards are futher back and higher than those on the Eurofighter.
Also the refueling boom is retractable on the Eurofighter.
Its a shame though, As the rafale is a much better aircraft!
