Yeah Hitler didnt do so hot when the war came to him, he was fine when it was in poland and other non warlike countrys but Pick on the Brits American And Soviets and blam no more great army.

The Panzers were great against the Polish horse cavalry – against the Soviet T-34′s not so much. Hitler was a classic bar room thug – he’d tell you he was your friend and then sucker punch you. But it doesn’t take long before people don’t fall for that anymore and they’re ready for a real fight. The Third Reich left a lot of scrap iron behind on their retreat from Russia.
