I’m not usually a conspiracy theorist, but when it was announced that Osama had been buried at sea, my first thought was that he’s actually alive and being secretly held for ongoing interrogation. Nothing that’s been announced since then has been inconsistent with that hypothesis.
He’s being held in Area 51 with the outer-space aliens. Elvis told me all about it the last time I visited Walmart.

The definition of murder is the unlawful killing of human being. The legal definition is the only definition.

It would not suddenly become “OK”, but it would no longer be classified as “murder”. There are lot’s of things that are legal to do, but unethical. There are somethings that are illegal to do, but ethical. What part are you arguing about?

Your earlier response indicates that murder only has a legal definition. I was checking to see if you could differentiate between ethics and law, which you can.
