we were robbed of seeing Adrianne Palicki in the rumored Lynda Carter-esque HOT PANTS. Yep, the infamous short-shorts were said to be 1 of 3 costumes seen in the show. Star spangled ass will never hit the TV airwaves. Fuck!

she doesn’t look bad at all in that outfit, it’s a shame that the series wasn’t picked up

ADRIANNE! GET AWAY FROM THAT ALIEN!
Also, I liked the pants better, personally. The black pants that are currently in the comics.

The flag code states that no part of the flag should be worn as a costume.
May 26, 2011 at 12:01 am
The ambassador from Themyscira does not recognize the authority of your ‘flag code’.

Considering she isn’t technically wearing a flag, she should be OK. She is wearing items that resemble the U.S. flag, but, not an actual flag.
Unlike this douche bag… a323.yahoofs.com/ymg/amplifier__7/amplifier-597856876-1304976211.jpg?ymT9e_ED7xv6PgoM

I’m amazed another citizen actually knows about that.
But yeah, the U.S. flag (in its entirety, not just as a motif here) is all over shit; pizza boxes, baseball caps, shirts, stickers, mugs, etc. And there’s no way in hell you could actually enforce the law against to any great effect.

Linda Carter was better.
Not that I wouldn’t hit it like Mike Tyson on superhero serum.

Why is a Watcher from Fringe standing next to Wonder Woman?

The series wasn’t picked up?
FUCKING AMERICA, WHY DO WE EVEN KEEP YOU AROUND ANYMORE

The internet mocked a TV show from existence. This was probably for the best.
May 26, 2011 at 5:49 am
The internet mocks every superhero adaption from the beginning. It’s hard to judge something without seeing the completed product.
When early pictures of the first X men movie came out, people lost their collective shit. People complained Hugh Jackman looked stupid as Wolverine. When early pics of Heath Ledger as the Joker surfaced, skepticism ensued.
I’m not saying this wouldn’t be a flaming dog turd on a stick. Just making an observation.

The leaked pilot script sucked balls. This was not a case of “wait and see.”
It was going to be bland, tacky, and pretty sparing on the action you’d seen in Justice League. More like an ABC dramedy mixed with Smallville.
That is shit television does not need.
May 27, 2011 at 4:05 am
Didn’t read the script, to be honest.

When she said she needed to take a powder, this is not what she meant.
Good to see Lex Luthor getting work after Smallville.

I would have to wonder if it would be true to the comics it todays politically correct world? And the fact that people would notice the completely obvious BSDM throughout the whole thing.

Most of the bdsm is left out nowadays. She’s rarely in a position where she’s tied or cuffed anymore. And somehow, she catches most bad guys without tying them up.
Although there was a short time where she dated Batman, no way that wasn’t kinky.
