love it when they write “Traditional” on stuff!
Here in Britain Morrison’s sell “Traditional Apples”. Sorry, whose tradition are we following? And if they are “traditional”, what makes them thus, and may we know the particular sort by name?

Had the exact same rant a couple of weeks ago about that and “authentic recipe” – I’m not really irritated as such, more like “…wait a sec”
What’s an authentic recipe? one that is actually a recipe and not… err.. hmm… and you could argue that it is some sort of badly worded take on not changing the recipe much from its assumed origins, but it was a madly processed biscuit(/cookie? silly Americans..)
