I know what will fix it! An ab machine and a low fat diet for 5 weeks!
They need to teach some of this in school it seems – about how insulin works and how high sugar diets with a lack of fat aren’t balanced, or how the body copes with sudden diet changes especially in terms of calorie restriction.
I won’t ramble on about it, it’s all been said before, but it’s pretty fucking shocking how many people will eat a low fat yoghurt thinking its “good” for them, or skip a whole food meal with fat in in favor of a bigger low fat processed meal.

I’d recommend exercise instead of some infomercial ab machine, though.

Id also recommend a diet with 40-45% calories from fat – was joking on the top line
and about 5 weeks. It’s a typical mentality that fat is bad, like cigarettes – and that an ab machine will “tone” you – it does nothing but exert calories, and less than a normal crunch. The amount of women who seem shocked/suprized when I say squats will net better arm fat loss than arm exercise… people still believe in spot reduction and eliminating fat where possible and that’s a massive issue.
