I know several Muslims that have dogs – I never heard that they have any special dislike for them.
But you do have to admire the training it took to get a dog to do a highly technical job in the midst of a firefight. The dog and the Navy seal trainer deserve a lot of credit. Bomb sniffing is a crazy enough job, but doing it while all hell breaks out around you is impressive indeed.
