    Not so much photo manip as bad lighting. Single bright light source placed high making “sinister” shadows. Probably not intentional.

    Agreed. The one on the left is clearly the most photoshopped. The one in the middle looks like a genuine mug shot. Nice to see how some people will see ‘government manipulation’ in anything.
