Seeing how I know from biology that there’s no vein or artery in the bicep with that configuration…..ever…..I’m gonna say that’s shopped. Really well done….but shopped.

Ages ago, I knew a fitness nut at summer camp that had one of these, but on the back of his calf. I dreaded going on hikes led by him ’cause I’d always wind up walking behind him and would have to look at the godawful thing for hours on end. Blerch.
