My new running shoes I got yesterday. They simulate running barefoot, so you run on the balls of your feet, not the heel. Took awhile for my small toes to feel comfy in them, but now they are all good.

I’m schizophrenic about Gorilla Shoes, alternating between “I want these for my birfday” and wanting to yell “Die Yuppie Scum!!” while stomping on any feet I see them on.

I thought it was the size of the feet that indicate…y’know. That was one thing that made me proud to have giant retard feet.

Okay so I have to ask, do those shoes actuallt feel superior to regular running shoes. I only ask cause I work at the factory that makes them.

i would not say superior, just very different. years ago i tried barefoot running, and these are the closest thing to that i’ve seen. really works the calves because you run more on the balls of your feet as these shoes have no arch or heel support.

I’ve just worn through my second pair in two years and can say with great confidence that yes, they actually feel superior to regular running shoes.
If you do decide to start running in them please please PLEASE take it slow, otherwise you’ll fuck your feet/legs in no time flat.

Yes, this is very true! I read the book “Born to Run” and jumped right into running with the Vibrams. Needless to say, I fucked up my feet and it’s taken close to a year to get back to where I was before. I’m starting to transition back that way by buying shoes with less support, trying to build up my muscles gradually. I have been told that my running style if very good since wearing vibrams…

Hang on, they’re good for running but they fuck up your feet if you run in them? No make sense!

Need to see bottom, to judge their “simulate factor-ness”, but I give them props for the reflective strips. At this height, heavy fog probably still gonna kill you, but it’s better than nothing.
