Freud gets a little bit of credit for being one of the first scientific researchers in the field, but every single one of his theories is bullshit.

  Yeah.
  
  He deserves real credit for two things.
  
  1. Getting the field started.
  
  2. His “talking therapy” did help a number of WWI vets through their PTSD. That was a really good thing.
