I recognize Juggernaut, The Flash, The Thing, The Hulk, Batman, Wolverine, Venom, Spider-Man, Doctor Octopus, Namor, The Joker, and Doctor Doom?

There’s also Thor( The arm with the sweat band), Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel(DC Version), and Captain America.
This brings back memories. This is one of the early Spawn issues that Mcfarlane drew. I think this is the issue Alan Moore wrote. It was basically the least subtle indictment of The Big Two that was ever written.

Also Superman and Beast (when he was grey), but I’m stumped on the 2nd metal hand and the yellow one.

One next to the yellow looks like Punisher

The Joker is a hero?

His inclusion is a poor choice, but the statement they’re making is more about creator’s rights Vs. Company’s rights.
