Jersey Shore is funny because stupid people are funny and its fun to watch them do stupid things and fight over the most moronic shit. Say what you want but every time you laugh at someone being dumb in any TV show/movie/comic/etc you’re enjoying the kind of humor that comes from Jersey Shore.

other than that, I consider it basically a sitcom.
nobody knows the real REALITY of reality shows.
some are paid actors, scenarios are set-ups and staged,
directors sway the cast and feed lines, etc.
it’s all bullshit. just laugh.
