Yep, first time ever.
I took some pretty nasty falls going pretty fast.
This was my way of preventing that.
I think this was before I took the class, as I missed the first one and went into freeroam mode for a while till the next one started.

“looks” is frequently not even close to the truth when it comes to snow and sliding on it. I did it once, and I’ll likely never do it again, cause fuck that shit.

If you look at the bottom of the image, that is closest to the level my dad was standing when he took the picture, while he was level (not slanted)
Notice how much higher into the picture the snow goes, especially how much higher I am?
This was the beginner slope at northstar, the one with the ramps, right next to the small quarter pipe.
Also tiki, it’s fun if you skateboarded before.
If you are just staring out, like all the girls were, it’s no fun…

What did you slide on it with? I love skiing and really miss it. It’s hard when there are three ski resorts w/in a half hour from me.
