Dino BBQ Roasted Garlic Honey (Inner Layer)
Ancho Chili Powder (Inner Rub of bacon)
Black Pepper & Red Hot Pepper Flakes (Outer Rub on Bacon)
Jack Daniel’s Hickory Brown Sugar (Outer Layer)
Cook for 2 1/2 hours on 240~260
The meat should be done about 150~160 degrees
