Looking good, the plague is my second favourite condition in stories after zombiefication, they both tend to cause similar disturbing effects in group mentality which is what I’m after. Although I guess neither is necessary, other elements work too like in The Mist and War of the Worlds, but the exciting thing with stories about the plague is that they could have been real. It’s been far too long since I’ve read a good book or seen a film about it.
I’ll come back here once I’ve seen it.

You think too much.

I remembered another film that had this kind of thing as well but without zombies or the plague. I can’t remember the name though, it’s fairly recent, it had four young adults drive around in the US looking for a place to live I think, because there was some kind of disease that killed everyone. Most people didn’t like it, though again, as far as scary group mentality goes it had loads of that.

Carriers, starring James T. Kirk. Good movie, very good characters.

Ah you’re right that’s the one, I do agree.

Oh yeah I forgot to come back. It was dope, the first half was better than the second because during the first half everything I asked for in my prior comment seemed to come true, surprisingly. The main characters were all fantastic, especially Sean Bean for obvious reasons and Eddie Redmayne whom I know from “Savage Grace” with Julianne Moore.
Thanks, Puu.
