And I think the one on the right is actually Grotle, notice the bushes, the head looked like Torterra to me, though. Same evolution path, so I guess that’s okay:

Leo is definitely Wartortle, Michelangelo is Torkoal, Raphael is Grotle, and Donatello is….um…Lapras??? Unless it’s this new guy which I highly doubt:

Lapras has a horn and little curly ear things. Shuckle is much more likely, but Shuckle has the weird shell, which does not appear to be present here, and does not have the line. Oddly enough, Torkoal does have the line on his forehead, but I agree you are right it is Mikey, because of the shell.
Speaking of which, how has Lapras never had an evolution?
