I would imagine that with the amount of air flow and a/c that all those computers would need that their skin would dry out pretty quickly, and they may get the sniffles.

those aren’t standard kleenex tissues, those are kimwipes (though technically they’re made by the same company). kimwipes are lint-free and additive-free paper to prevent contamination and scratching of delicate surfaces in the lab. slides and anything that’s glass and needs to stay clean but isn’t necessarily a premium coated optic lens, which have their own kind of tissue product.
also, jesus christ if i had access to that kind of room i don’t think i’d ever leave it.
