    YOu know, this just makes me want to avoid Dwarf Fortress. Or would if I didn’t know that they made losing horribly more fun than winning. ;) But, in general, yes, the winning may be more satisfying if you have to fight tooth and nail for it, but, for me, not enough so to override the extreme frustration of the process of getting there. All I end up thinking is “thank god I won. I never wanna have to go through that shit again…”
