Semi-related, I think I was driving home from work in SF when the san bruno explosion happened.

Ok so my memo pad of that day (9-9-2010) says I worked in golden gate park and got back to the shop at about 9pm..
So that means I probably left the park at about 6 or 7 and I remember the traffic was pretty bad.
Looking up the map, it does actually correspond with the fire we saw from the freeway, seeing as the fire was on the right of us and we were traveling south on 101 or 280 (probably 101)
San bruno is to the left of 101 and 280 from google maps…
So I do believe I drove past this fire when it happened.
