    That is not an FAL. Its a CETME. Some german engineers made it for Spain, and then after Belgium stopped selling the FAL(G1) to Germany, they responded by asking the engineers to come back, and bring the rifle design with them. A little massaging of the specs later Germany had the G3.

    And while his finger may not be on the trigger, the butt stock isn’t in his shoulder, so he has zero control over the rifle.

    TL;DR – Its a Cetme, not an FAL.
