Because China has so many economic time bombs waiting to pop its not even believable at this point. They haven’t properly valued their dollar in decades. They’re communist and their entire government from top to bottom is corrupt. They almost went bust in 99 because they basically ponzied themselves and to combat that…they did it again. Now they sit on two of the biggest bubbles of bullshit in history. They are overpopulated and disease ridden. They keep their slave labour class hidden and unable to leave with military force.
Its a gigantic cluster fuck of a nation that thinks lying will solve their problems. Thats just off the top of my head too. They will have to either take over the entire world which will never happen or collapse on themselves and have that same segregation they impose on their people now imposed on the whole country including that shining beacon to their absence of business ethics known as Hong Kong.

The thing that worries me a bit is that since the Federal Reserve prints US currency by fiat, the EU is also currency by fiat, and a few years back Great Britain, for some inexplicable reason, sold off its silver reserves, is that China is one of the few countries left whose currency is actually backed by precious metals.

They don’t actually have whats stated as the equity they’ve used to offset trillions of dollars worth of debt.
The stated plan now: they believe that they should just be given it. Because they’re 1/3 of the world they expect to be entitled to 1/3 of the natural resources so says their own government.
