My wife makes the best homemade ciekchn pot pies, and occasionally turkey pot pies too. She uses prepackaged stock (I know, I know, but we both work and just haven’t found time to make our own YET!) and thickens with a roux and all that good stuff. We usually have a couple the day she makes them, and she freezes the rest for eating later on. Great topic for today!
