Ditto. Even wen CDs came out, I recorded them on to tape. Still have a dual cassette player, haven’t used it in years.

I can’t imagine this would work very well… records are pressed so that the vinyl can get squished into every tiny little crevace… just pouring it on wouldn’t make a very good copy.

It does. That’s silicone gel. It can get really deep in the crevices.
