i don’t understand: it’s really too damn difficult to actually cook some frakking genuine pasta and put some recognizable cheese on it? i do it several times a week!

I’d love their “homemade” mac&cheese recipe. If I could keep the calorie count below 300, I’d have Mac&cheese (with a side salad or veggie) once a week as my lazy-day meal.

In the hood, you slice up hotdogs, and have acavado slices on top, with some ‘Tapatio’ hot sauce

I’d rather eat ramen with hot sauce. It’s easier too.

If your homemade mac and cheese has less fat and calories than the Kraft stuff, YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG. I make a five-cheese mac and cheese that is a heart attack in a baking pan.

‘Zactly what I was thinking. I’m pretty sure I posted the recipe and cooking instructions on the cooking thread (w/ pics) in the forums.
I got really messed up the last time I made homemade mac n cheese. I based the carb count on the label from a cheapo box and took waaaay to much insulin. That was an unpleasant couple of hours, but I did get to pig out on orange sherbert.
