Sure,
Anything will take-off with the right amount of lift and thrust. However, staying afloat is a different story.

Airbus has an unnerving way to initialize and adjust their hydraulics. It sounds like the crank start on those old cars. When you are up in the air and you hear chitty-chitty-bang-bang while going through turbulence, it’s not fun.
