I wish people would stop acting like 4Chan is the best place on the internet. If I wanted to listen to folks tell me I was an idiot and a faggot, I’d talk to my dad.

4chan are necessary. They remind the dumb fucks who think this is all so simple and easy that it is not. There used to be a hackers union way back before most people here probably used the internet and they did the same kinds of things. Then most got hired by big companies.

The difference is this “hackers union” weren’t a bunch of snot-nosed brats. Comparing anonymous to them is an insult. Anon is a bunch of cowards hiding behind anonymity and couldn’t hack their way out of a paper bag. They’re script kiddies at best.

Either way, they’re the bluntest hammer that ever tried to effect social change in a world where precision and finesse are required. Improve modern music by starting twitter rumors that Justin Bieber’s mom is going to pose nude? Defeat Scientology by swarming their phone lines with threatening messages? Wildly misinterpreting the Guy Fauk’s mask? This is supposed to be a movement for social change? More like a bunch of teenagers making dick jokes and lashing out at random.

Exactly my point. And about the retarded fucker’s comment comparing them to the hackers’ union, only a handful of the /b/tards know anything about hacking. They post the information they find, and the rest jump on the “let’s be assholes!” bandwagon using that information.

The guys who were calling themselves a hackers union like fluffy bunny etc were most definitely snot nosed brats.

They were more computer security focused but before that was an easy task since there were so many security flaws.

The 4chan guys are having fun and pissing off the right people so I have no issue with them at all.

A lot of people on this site do and I don’t know why. Most of the stuff I see that gets done is funny and I doubt the guys making the decisions are out wearing those dumb masks and taking pictures of each other. I see those as dim witted little pawns but maybe I’m wrong?
