While we immediately think of Bond, the Spy from TF2 and Archer, I think this is more a tongue-in-cheek way for Google to cover themselves.
You know theres some pedo using incognito mode right now thinking they’re safe, and some lawyer hoping to sue Google for when the pedo gets caught anyway.
