Last I heard, two died and the boat’s engine had stalled and couldn’t be restarted. Apparently Ducks has a long history of safety violations. I see them all over the place in Baltimore, never rode in one though.

I rode in one in Pittsburgh a while back, they are extremely slow 5-6 mph calm water. We traveled up river at 1-2 mph. Even if they had got it started and moving, I doubt it would have gotten out of the way in time.
