    This reminds me of the Scott Adams book God Debris. A great read and for awhile at least you could get the PDF free. I eventually tracked down a hardback copy, I liked it that much.

    Asimov’s “The Last Question” has a mega-computer (merged with the minds of every single human) starts the whole big bang again.

    Asimov is the science fiction version of the “A Little Golden Book” series of children’s books.
