Because it’s not really a telescope. It’s a top secret mobile “Laser”… Much better than a moon based one.

Would’ve premiered sooner, but had to be grounded for three months of intensive cleaning after a schedule mix-up accidentally booked the “vomit comet” pilot during tests.
