While it’s obvious that your version took longer and that you’re better at editing etc., I prefer Tardex’ work. It’s got that crappy crayon look to it which many people enjoy, myself included. It gives it character. And before you insult me for disagreeing with you and trying to ridicule me by saying whatever unrelated shit – it doesn’t always have to be all professional, all perfect to be appealing. This is why “crappy” comics like xkcd can be successful.

But xkcd excels at intellectual stuff. What it doesn’t do in visual art, it makes up for it in its content.
