think of how impractical “the big wheel” would really be. Suppossedly it could climb buildings, but it sure as hell couldnt float.

I dunno. If properly designed, I think something like this could actualy float… Just has to have the right ducted fin design and be able to generate the required rpms…

Every comic book I now read in light of the Secret War. All of these ridiculous villains were bankrolled by Latveria. It makes more sense that way.
