You’re right, California’s fiscal problems has nothing to do with all the unfunded voter initiatives, the huge violent criminal prison population made up of over 50% illegal aliens or that Governors don’t write budgets, its the state legislators that do (which in CA is mostly Democrat). No, no, it’s none of those, its all Arnold’s doing. The End.
