I think he means plasma TV. LCD TVs don’t have burn in. It’s one of the primary advantages to LCD over CRT or plasma.

Ya know, a savvy person would have just gotten an negative image of the frame in question to allow it to burn in the other pixels…
with the requirement that it spends the next two weeks turned on in the roommate’s bedroom, else he buys a new top of the line replacement.
