Beautiful. There are some scenes in Spongebob that remind me of this. Some of the more disturbing Bob moments.
Maya, have you ever seen Flapjack? It doesn’t look quite like this, but it does have those hyper-realistic close-ups that Ren & Stimpy pioneered. The ones that are used in Spongebob sometimes.
Anyway, Flapjack is the best animated show on television right now. or, at least the best one targeted to kids & enjoyed by adults.
I have not! Already put the name in a notepad for later to figure out what this is from. Thanks, I’ll see what I can find and absorb it ALL. I LOVE the hyper-realistic close ups from Ren & Stimpy and Bob’s special moments, can’t get enough of it.
