Back when I was heavy into RPG’s (the dice & paper kind), the chronic mishap charts in the back of any rulebook were important criteria in deciding which games to buy. A few games had some truly epic mishap charts. Death & dismemberment was always fun, as were venereal diseases.

In our DnD games we have Dragon AIDS. First acquired when someone had the bright idea to piss on a dragon’s corpse.
