    Actually thats a female and won’t have a dick. Male anglerfish hatch and crawl directly over to the nearest female and latch on. Eventually her skin grows over him and most of his body atrophies away leaving nothing fully functioning but his genitalia. The female activates this every time she needs to be fertilized until he’s eventually just another organ.
