Loved the first and second volumes of the comic. Just haven’t been able to get into the Black Dossier and volume three.

I loved the first two volumes, and the Black Dossier is definitely worth the read although in a class of its own. There is a third volume now? News to me, this requires some gumshoeing …

Wasn’t the second volume War of the Worlds? Didn’t like that one too much. Will definitely try the third volume, though.

Pretty much … and the third volume is actually being broken into three collections, the first of which is already out and the others due within the next year or so.

OK, I see the lady, Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde, Nemo, The Invisible Man, and Sean Connory, but where is the younger guy?

Tom Sawyer was a character added in just for the movie to Americanize it, although I thought it was a forgivable gesture the rest of the film was not. Shitty way for Connery to end his career.

Wasn’t the invisible man killed in the second volume?

Yup, as was Hyde.
