    Trying to figure it out. Demolision charges would have started at foundation. Mortors would show more smaller holes. Even a missile I wouldn’t think would look that clean. It looks like someone really did blow up a bomb in the eighth floor or something.

    The architecture and (if it was winter) landscape make me think this was the balkans. Kosovo, mayhaps? If so, this was probably an actual artillery shell.
