I disagree with your graph, if the iPad has as good a developer base as the iPhone, it has the potential to be just as functional as a netbook…

Netbooks can multitask. This is an important talent.

the ipad DOES have the same dev base as the iphone. they’re both using the same gods damned OS

Netbooks also have a keyboard and run a proper full O/S be that OSX or Windows 7 so for all the iphone apps there will never be as many as there are availble for Netbooks. There are multitouch windows 7 Netbooks availble and there have been since the end of last year so it’s not like the touchscreen brings anything new. Oh yeah they are also small enough to be considered portable.

Finally a color eReader! how long before a CBR reader gets released on it?

Good point. I am now incredibly interested in the iPad.

Hell yeah vibrators!
January 28, 2010 at 3:02 pm
Does this ‘vibrator’ comes with flash installed?
if it does, I’ll take three!
January 28, 2010 at 6:24 pm
You have to flash manually.

I’m a Mac user and I find this freaking hilarious.

It’s all the hoo-zah because it requires you to poke the screen.
After you get past such an idiotic premise, you figure out it’s the same old shit we’ve been seeing in every other poke-ineffective monitor in the past 10 years.

I read their terms and conditions deal for this thing doesn’t include Accidental Damage (nor do they offer it).

That’s pretty weak, it looks like it would be easy to drop.

Should the iPhone not be more to the right hand side almost at the same level as a netbook? According to the chart it has less function then the iPad…yet it can do the exact same thing and on top of that can make phone calls and take photos.
Also keep in mind that with a simple jailbreak I have gotten my iphone to multitask and play flash although as soon as I got my first flash popup I uninstalled the function. Since the iPad runs on the same iPhone OS if jailbroken it would multitask and be half useful I guess.
