Obviously fun to make fun of, but what is the real use of such a device?
In other words, I’m assuming this is a real product with unintentional humor, perhaps because of poor communication/translation. But what is it really and what is its’ purpose?

Retarded bombs are usually used during low altitude drops or drops where the aircraft itself could be in danger from the bomb’s blast. The parachute retards the fall so the aircraft can reach a safer distance.

since the days of the V2 i don’t see the need to parachute a bomb in. Just fire from a safe distance.
