I think they are just 14-year olds who haven’t hit full puberty yet and are still shorter than girls. Yeah, all four of these have facial features I don’t find appealing, but mostly this is just a stereotypical how-sexy-did-you-look-to-adults-when-you-went-to-prom moment.
