tiki god is the adminstrator of this site, he is the only one who approves/disapproves submissions. What happened is that Puulaahi submitted this picture before you, when a picture is being submitted it usually ends up in the queue for a while until tiki has time to look at it to approve/disapprove it. After that it ends up in another queue, the final queue where the date of when it gets posted has been decided and it’s basically all done and over until it appears on the main site. You don’t see any of this, so when you submitted a picture recently and soon after that it already appears on the main site posted by someone else it means you submitted it after them because your submission will take a while until anyone gets to see it to begin with.
