I think they are wearing desert MARPAT, which would make them US Marines. Id also be surprised if Iraq issued AN/PEQ-2′s and ACOG’s to go on their rifles.
As a side note, that rifleman needs should run the fore grip further out, stop “choking the chicken” with it

These are not Iraqi’s.
They’re US Marines.
Iraqi’s are given the old “cookie cutter” uniforms from Desert Storm, not current issue MARPAT or ACU’s. (Unless they’re interpreters.)
Also, Iraqi’s use AK-47′s and RPK’s, not M16′s with ACOG and M240 Bravo’s.
