Air bags? Didn’t know they were valuable. I mean, you even leave the stereo in.

Stereos are getting more and more troublesome to steal.. Most come with some sort of theft protection like a code you have to put in to reactivate the stereo after it’s taken out… Airbags can be profitable if you have a buyer, like most things…

This is an invitation to major vandalism.

There’s also the fact that it is a CAR. Doors unlocked? Why thank you very much. I’ll just hot-wire the vehicle or stick a screw driver in the ignition and DRIVE IT AWAY.

also it’s written by some cocksucker who thinks he’s clever. i knew a jerkoff (probably really a good guy but he was fucking a girl i wanted to fuck) who left a sign on his window that said “doors unlocked – feel free to browse”
he was shocked that his windows were broken anyway. that’s the opportunity cost for being a douchebag.

This picture depicts a guy trying to be too clever.
However, in the late 80s/early 90s in NYC, it was STANDARD to have a “NO RADIO” sign in your driver’s side window or windshield (with your radio taken with you or hidden under the carseat). Whether or not it prevented/deterred theft was arguable.
