    I’m not a huge fan of the darker winter ales. I enjoy something light that I can eat dinner with or just chill out. Wintery brews tend to be more hoppy, and they overwhelm my tastebuds. There was a beer called Ruination, and they warn you on the bottle not to drink it with food, because it had such an intense hoppy flavor it’d stick in your mouth for the whole night. I lol’d
