Image has been removed by request of author:
You posted one of my pictures on your site. I would like you to take it down.
This is a link to the image on an art site I posted it on with the date. joteivv.deviantart.com/art/fish-kiss-95541813 , this is my personal website where it’s also posted adrianaferguson.com/
Perhaps in the future you should only post pictures, especially pieces of art, that you have explicit permission for. There are many sites, like deviantart, where the artist who made the piece is readily available and perhaps you should only get art images from places like that where you know the source.

your argument is invalid
November 20, 2009 at 3:08 pm
New background for my phone. Thnx!
November 20, 2009 at 4:06 pm
Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up yum!
November 20, 2009 at 6:04 pm
What is she? A gay fish?
November 20, 2009 at 6:12 pm
She’s just a lesbian. The fact that she’s a fish is irrelevant since regular lesbians like kissing fish anyway.
November 20, 2009 at 6:46 pm
Pretty, who’s the artist?
November 20, 2009 at 8:30 pm
I am following my fish.
November 20, 2009 at 9:54 pm
@witty
I don’t know. I seem to have misplaced a file of links. I think got it off a pic blog called fffound or we<3it.

At first I didn’t see the girl, and I thought the little fish had chewed a big fish in half.

“Perhaps in the future you should only post pictures, especially pieces of art, that you have explicit permission for.”
OR MAYBE YOU SHOULD STOP TELLING US WHAT TO DO AND GIVE MCS PERMISSON TO ENJOY YOUR DAMN WORK OF ART.
I’m sorry. Lil angry this morning.
November 21, 2009 at 10:00 am
Because user based content is known for asking permission and Tiki is capable of monitoring the whole internet. He has better things to do than asking permission for everything, and he posted a disclaimer.
November 21, 2009 at 10:06 am
@bstaples – relax, that is actually part of what Tiki always posts in this case. It’s not what the owner of the picture said.
You’re right though. Some people just don’t understand free advertising, or what’s required for any piece of art or information to go viral.
As for the artwork that got removed, I thought it was very beautiful. They used only very few shades of colours, 5 or so, and only very few strokes, which is impressive. Too bad I won’t check any of their other art out since I JUST LOST INTEREST BECAUSE OF THIS UNACCEPTABLE BULLSHITTERY. FUCK.
November 21, 2009 at 10:15 am
Wait now I’m confused, that actually really may be what the owner and not Tiki wrote. In that case, see comment above but disregard me telling bstaples to relax. RAGE.
November 21, 2009 at 10:17 am
A less douchebaggy artist could have posted a better quality version, and a link to his site to, you know, promote it. This guy’s art is on DA it’s not like he’s losing sales from this.
He must *hate* it when Google Image Search shows people his work
November 21, 2009 at 10:22 am
A link?
joteivv.deviantart.com/
HaH! Now i can print and sell lesbian fish art to the whole world!! Hahaha! I’m rich!!! RICH!!!
November 21, 2009 at 10:36 am

November 21, 2009 at 11:35 am
oh boo hoo
I post my photography on dA and I’d be FLATTERED if someone posted it somewhere else. Ideally I’d like some credit but it’s not the end of the world. Christ.
November 21, 2009 at 12:08 pm
Fucking deviantart.
November 21, 2009 at 12:09 pm
Wow, a takedown notice from someone who could use the exposure, PLUS condescending advice from someone who doesn’t understand any part of what has happened.
Around here, we call that FAIL.
November 21, 2009 at 12:19 pm
We could just ask her permission.
November 21, 2009 at 12:20 pm
Wow, really? You don’t want people to see your work at no cost to you? What was your f’ing name again? Welcome to America, a confirmed Bitchocracy.
November 21, 2009 at 12:42 pm
I think the problem is that the accompanying replies don’t consist of enough “OMG ^_^ SOOOO CUUUUTE!! i wish i could make arts lik u! m@yb you culd loook at my pix? ^_^ ishouldstoptryingtodraw.deviantart.com“
November 21, 2009 at 12:48 pm
I thought the same thing. Also I think replying works again.
November 21, 2009 at 12:49 pm
or, she could’ve said “hey remove my picture from your stupid site – unless you put in full credit with a link to my site where people can buy my prints”. if permission was going to happen, it would’ve happened.
November 21, 2009 at 12:49 pm
Never mind it doesn’t work. I totally clicked that link though.
November 21, 2009 at 2:39 pm
You know what I’m hearing? “Wah.”
November 21, 2009 at 2:58 pm
Yes, you created the artwork, but Al Gore created the Internet.
November 21, 2009 at 3:07 pm
anyone else notice that when you post a comment you get redirected to a random post, and that the random post might be on NSFW regardless of whether the image you comment on is there or not? Personally, i dont mind, and quite enjoy getting random images when i submit a comment. however, might be unpleasant for people at work etc, posting a comment on an image and the boss walks by just as the interracial toilet hardware amputee thing loads.
also, nice fish lady.
November 21, 2009 at 3:10 pm
and natedog created right-click, “save image as…”
November 21, 2009 at 3:37 pm
Or you know you could not be a total cunt and be glad that there are people outside of deviant art who appreciate your work. And instead of having your work viewed maybe 10 times a day you could have it viewed on a website that receives 10,000 hits a day, and have it link to your deviant art page where you can increase your exposure. Stupid twat.
November 21, 2009 at 3:44 pm
I guess putting a watermark through the print didn’t cross the artist’s mind…
What a tool…
November 21, 2009 at 4:18 pm
oh what a surprise, someone on deviant art does furry pictures using open canvas. imagine my shock and…oh i give up.
November 21, 2009 at 4:20 pm
except cute would be replaced with KAWAII
November 21, 2009 at 5:37 pm
At first I thought it was two fishes with their heads bitten off.
November 21, 2009 at 6:14 pm
Sorry tiki.
November 21, 2009 at 8:48 pm
lame
November 21, 2009 at 10:36 pm
What a douchey thing to do, it’s not like it was good either.
