I’m pretty sure the girl on Clayface’s shoulder is Ace from one of the Royal Flush Gang iterations in Batman: The Animated Series–the one with super-psionic abilities.

That’s Annie, the little girl Clayface makes to see if it’s safe to venture out of his hiding place. Unfortunately, she forgot she was a part of Clayface, and met up with Robin, who developed a crush on her. Clayface ended up “killing” her by re-absorbing her leading to a Robin-led ass kicking.

I like how the Penguin is still just the Penguin. This proves my assertion that you can’t chibi-fy a midget flipper-baby.
I also like how Bane is now just an ordinary looking strong guy rather than an impossibly over-muscled behemoth, which makes me wonder if I could be perceived as Bane in a world of chibis, this notion pleases me.
